How do I return or exchange my products?

Our products have a 14 day returns policy, If your not satisfied with your products please follow instructions below.

• Please contact us via our contact form explaining why you wish to return your product.
  
• It must be in original packaging and seal unbroken, also unused.
  
• Refunds will be processed via Paypal.
  
• Please ensure your items are in protected packaging for safe keeping, we cannot accept any responsibility for broken products.
  
• Exchanges are handled just the same as returns
  
• Shipping fees will be deducted and are not refundable on returns and exchanges.
  
• Customers are responsible for postage fee when returning products.
