Cosmetic Safety Report

Opulent Essences obtain a Cosmetic Safety Report for all their products. As a company we are obliged under the "regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and the Council of 30th November 2009 on a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) on your products. Our report has been carried out by a qualified and experience Chemist, and is valid throughout the EU. 

Material Safety Data Sheets

Opulent Essences obtain all the Material Data Sheets for their ingredients. This is a document that contains comprehensive information about the ingredient used. Material Safety Data Sheets are needed to keep an accurate account of materials used in our products.
